Next-Gen Propulsion & Connectivity

  1. Optical (Laser) Communications
The transition from RF (Radio Frequency) to Laser-Based Connectivity represents a
10x leap in bandwidth. Aliens R&D is developing optical terminals capable of gigabitper-second inter-satellite links, enabling a true “High-Speed Space Internet.”
  2. Sustainable & Efficient Propulsion
To keep orbits clean and sustainable, we focus on high-efficiency propulsion for
    station-keeping and debris avoidance.
    Iodine-Based Electric Propulsion
By utilizing solid-state iodine instead of high-pressure xenon, we reduce launch mass
and complexity. These systems provide the high-impulse required for deep-space
transit while remaining cost-effective for LEO constellations.
Innovation Goal: Achieving “Zero-Waste Orbitals” where propulsion systems
use recycled propellant or harvested atmospheric ions in Very Low Earth Orbit
    (VLEO).
  3. Quantum Secure Connectivity
With the rise of quantum computing, terrestrial encryption is at risk. Our R&D includes
Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) via satellite, ensuring that strategic
communication links remain unhackable through the laws of physics themselves.
